VariTemp Heated Propagator

Size and Construction – The heated base measures 28.5in x 13.5in (717mm x 339mm) is made from hard wearing, rot free aluminium which has excellent heat dispersing properties. The heating element inside the base is a robust, double laminated 230v / 70watt and has 22mm of insulating polystyrene below to reflect all the heat upwards.

Accurate Control – The temperature of the VariTemp Heated Propagator is governed by an electronic thermostat with a digital display which can be set using the simple up and down temperature keys.

Power Leads – The Heated Tray itself has a 3ft lead fitted with a 3 pin plug, the Heat Mat Digital Thermostat has 4ft 11in (1.5m) mains power lead along with a 3fi 3in (1m) power out lead with a 3 pin socket on the end, in which to plug your heated tray – all this cabling allows for almost infinite variations of propagator and thermostat positioning.

Supplied Complete With –
Standard VariTemp Propagator – Six high quality half seed trays, measuring 9in x 7in by 2.5in deep and six high dome ventilated covers measuring 9in x 7in by 5in high.

Self Watering VariTemp Propagator – As above but with the addition of the green watertight reservoir tray and heated base supports along with a capillary mat and wick.

NB. The heated base can be used without the seed trays to give base heat to larger plants during the winter months in order to over winter them.
