  • Prompt refunds for eligible returns

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure all our customers receive quality products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used gardening tools from our Cleaning Tools section
  • Opened compost packages or soil amendments from our Composting range
  • Cut-to-size materials from our DIY Materials selection

How to Return an Item

Returning your garden product is as simple as planting a seed:

  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Securely – Include all original packaging, parts, and documentation
  4. Ship Back – Send to: The Garden Hub Sales, 8 Eastgate, Inverness, GB IV7A 7HW (we recommend tracked shipping)
  5. Receive Refund/Exchange – Processed within 5 business days of receiving your return

Refund Information

Your refund will blossom just like your garden:

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Original Shipping: Non-refundable unless the return is our error
  • Payment Methods:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours

Exchange Policy

Need a different size fruit cage or color door canopy? We’re happy to help:

  • Exchanges subject to product availability
  • If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead
