At The Garden Hub Sales, we want you to be as happy with your gardening purchases as you are with your flourishing plants. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our returns and exchanges policy is designed with the same care we put into selecting our greenhouse accessories and garden tools.
Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Used gardening tools from our Cleaning Tools section
- Opened packages of compost or other soil amendments from our Composting section
- Cut-to-size materials from our DIY Materials range
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your garden product:
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Securely – Repack the item in its original packaging with all included parts and documentation.
- Ship Back – Send the package to our address at The Garden Hub Sales, 8 Eastgate, Inverness, GB IV7A 7HW. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Receive Refund/Exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or send your exchange within 5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) refunds: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: Typically processed within 24 hours
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
If you need a different size, color, or product from our range of arches, arbours, or garden accessories, we’re happy to exchange your item. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your greenhouse components, watering systems, or other products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
