Absolutely! We cater to all gardening enthusiasts. Our range includes simple tools for beginners as well as professional-grade components for experienced gardeners building custom solutions. Many of our products like cloches and automatic watering systems are designed to make gardening easier for everyone.
Do you offer seasonal gardening products?
Yes, we stock seasonal items including greenhouse heaters for winter and plant protection for spring. We recommend ordering seasonal items well in advance to ensure availability when you need them.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. Having an account lets you track orders, save your address for faster checkout, and view your order history.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship globally to gardening enthusiasts everywhere! The only exceptions are a few remote areas in Asia and some other locations. Our base is in the Scottish Highlands, but we regularly ship to customers across Europe, North America, and beyond.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivering in 10-15 days after dispatch. Ideal for urgent needs.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over £50, via EMS with delivery in 15-25 days after dispatch. Perfect for larger orders.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can follow your gardening essentials’ journey from our warehouse to your garden shed! If you have any questions about your shipment, don’t hesitate to contact us.
What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
Our carriers will follow their standard procedures for unattended delivery, which may include leaving the package in a safe place, with a neighbor, or a notification for collection. For valuable items, they may require a signature.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with every gardening tool and accessory. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from receipt to initiate a return. Items must be in original condition with all packaging.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate your return. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We carefully pack all items, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
